In this deeply relaxing meditation, I will be taking you on a multi-dimensional journey beyond the restrictions of the body and the mind where we will be travelling to the spiritual site of Mount Shasta. Mount Shasta is referred to as the sacred place and home of the creator and holds a powerful vortex of energy that can greatly enhance your personal growth and create spiritual transformations. Mount Shasta is also considered the root chakras of the earth and is the gateway to a secret city inhabited by highly evolved human beings and mythical creatures. During the workshop, I will channel some guidance about Mount Shasta, then we will all re-connect after the meditation and share our experiences.
