INTENTION SETTING - group introductions and intention setting for the meditation. MEDITATION – I will take you on a deeply relaxing meditation journey where you can escape the body and mind and experience the world beyond your 3D reality. GROUP DISCUSSION - to share your meditation experience and get to know each other. PSYCHIC GUIDANCE - each member will receive guidance on whatever you need to hear. This group masterclass and meditation is performed over Zoom in the comfort of your own home, so burn some incense, dim your lights, grab a comfortable blanket. MASTERCLASS: All teachings are channelled to help you understand the power of spirituality and energy on a deeper level. No experience of energy work or psychic abilities are needed for this class. MEDITATION: The meditation is best performed seated and I will help you relax whilst I guide you through a powerful multi-dimensional meditation journey. Don't worry if you struggle to relax or if you fall asleep during meditations.
