Service Description
Relax and bathe in this beautifully relaxing journey of sound and meditation. During this Meditation and Gong Bath, we will perform a guided meditation where you will experience a deep relaxed state away from the restrictions of the mind and body. This will open you up to your higher consciousness where you will be completely relaxed and experience the healing energies of sound in a more intense way. Your hosts: Sarah Creatrix - Energy Master and Spiritual Healer who uses a mix of energy healing, hypnosis, sub-conscious reprogramming and talking therapies. Desmond, The Returning Sound - Sound Healer and Practitioner incorporating healing energies of dragons, galactic being and ascended masters. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket to help you relax. Drink of water if needed.
